THE BATTLE CONTINUES. . . . . . . .

Alexander, NY…The battle for supremacy in the Heavy Super Stock class continues this weekend at the 15th annual truck & tractor pull held at the Alexander Fireman’s Grounds. The two combatants, Henry Everman and Lloyd Christ are locked dead even in the point standings going into this event. They will be joined by a host of others ready to knock them off the top. Friday night action will start at 7pm with Super Farm tractors, Light Super Stocks, Modifieds, and Heavy Supers. Saturday the 2WD Trucks will join the card with a 6pm start time.

FREEMAN AND CHRIST WIN IN FIRST EVENT OF 2010

Dundee, NY…Dana Freeman and Lloyd Christ were the big winners In the first event of 2010 held at Black Rock Speedway in Dundee, NY.  Freeman’s pull of 306.95 was just enough to hold off the hard charging Gambler modified of Mark Cole, who laid down a run of 306.22.  In the Heavy Super Stock class, Lloyd Christ was awarded the win after a pull-off of attrition as both Christ and Gaeton Yelle had breakage after their full pull runs.
